The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions to monitor its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
