The Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
the measured parameters
pressure via remote
transmission
devices, then sending the data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance),
substances with high viscosity, and those that easily precipitate crystals or contain corrosive media. This versatile device is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical manufacturing, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 also boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, signaling an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and displaying the faulty component, which simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
