The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
