The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of innovation, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. The microprocessor then carries out meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability in every reading.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Those employing the PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output with full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users benefit from the ease of on-site adjustments with three accessible buttons, allowing for real-time parameter tuning, reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be seamlessly configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter achieves a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
