ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly saving maintenance costs. It features robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily handling extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it will enter an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays Err, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
