The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should any predefined threshold be breached, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, pinpointing the defective unit. This feature simplifies and expedites maintenance, repairs, and replacements, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
