The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and analyzing faulty units, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. It provides alerts in the form of warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
