The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure top performance under extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Furthermore, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This enhances convenience and efficiency..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without reconfiguration.
