The ZY8000D basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and utilizing fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a defined number of events. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
