The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach an outstanding 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and incorporating fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stress. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-status monitoring. Upon detecting any predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
