The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter offers an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Furthermore, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an error, automatically analyses, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms in warning or fault protection current forms. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
