Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capability guarantees the high stability and reliability that the ZY8000 is renowned for.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of critical issues, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a malfunction, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze, and indicate the faulty component, significantly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
