Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter is an advanced variable area flow measuring instrument, ingeniously designed to measure the precise position of the float.

Renowned for its robust all-metal structure and innovative modular design, it boasts a compact size, minimal pressure loss, a high range ratio of 10:1,
and effortless installation and maintenance. This makes it an ideal choice across a wide spectrum of industries, especially in challenging and severe environments.
It excels in flow and process control for minimal flow rates, low velocities, and various stringent medium conditions, making it indispensable.

To ensure optimal performance and seamless operation, proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter is installed vertically with the fluid coursing from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe segment five times the instrument's diameter at both entry and exit points. For new pipelines, conduct a thorough flush before installation.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter, and position a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. In cases of small diameter instruments, position a filter upstream. If the medium is laden with magnetic substances, introduce a magnetic filter before the flowmeter.

(3) For easier maintenance and replacements, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the flowmeter installation.

(4) In scenarios where the medium is notably dirty, ensure timely cleaning of both pipes and the float.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, consider alternative flowmeter options.
