This innovative instrument boasts an all-metal structure paired with a forward-thinking modular design. Compact yet mighty, it offers minimal pressure loss and an impressive range ratio of 10:1.
Renowned for its effortless installation and maintenance, its robust performance shines across diverse industries, even in the most challenging and harsh conditions.
It's an ideal choice for managing flow and process control in scenarios demanding low flow rates, slow velocities, and challenging medium conditions.

Achieving optimal performance hinges on the correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter. Key installation considerations are as follows:

(1) Ensure vertical installation of the flowmeter, allowing the fluid to glide from bottom to top. Maintain straight pipe sections five times the instrument diameter at both ends. For new setups, cleanse the pipeline thoroughly before mounting the flowmeter.

(2) Implement a valve before the flowmeter and position a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, employ a filter upstream, and use a magnetic filter if the medium includes magnetic substances.

(3) For easy maintenance and effortless replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during installation.

(4) In case of dirty mediums, ensure timely cleaning of pipes and the float to maintain optimal function.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter offers a standard measurement accuracy of 1.5. For precise applications demanding higher accuracy, consider alternatives beyond the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
