The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies advancement in sensor technology by incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor alongside a modular design. This innovative transmitter processes signals from the sensor, amplifying them and using a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then subjected to linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring optimal precision and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals through a D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers a direct, fully digital output of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and can readily access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
