The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers exceptional precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and can reach up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it impressively retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors coupled with a modular design. These sensors generate signals that are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs linearization and temperature correction, ensuring precise and reliable readings.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Data from the measurement unit and transmitter functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can adjust parameters directly on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows Err, quickly identifying and pinpointing the malfunctioning unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. In the event of electronic unit or measuring element failure, the defective part can be easily replaced on-site without recalibration.
