The ZY8000 boasts an outstanding basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This innovation allows the sensor's signal to be amplified and transformed into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precise results.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and easily view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setup can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. In case of anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This simplifies instrument maintenance, repair, and replacement, making it more efficient andconvenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, issuing alarms as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be easily replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
