The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands as a testament to cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. This exceptional device amplifies signals from the sensor, which are then converted to digital signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter. These signals undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters deliver full digital output in PROFIBUS-PA and FF formats. With data stored in two dedicated EEPROMs, users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides immediate access to measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter configuration can be conveniently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. This automated system diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
