The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology paired with a modular design. This sophisticated sensor amplifies signals, which are then converted to digital form by a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor subsequently performs linear and temperature corrections on these digital signals, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range with superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters provide direct, full digital output of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view real-time measurements, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring.
