The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands out with its state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. Following this, the microprocessor performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.
For transmitters incorporating HART protocol, the signal is converted by a D/A converter into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Essential data, including the measuring unit's output and the transmitter's functional parameters, are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users benefit from the convenience of adjusting parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is seamlessly achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 sets a new benchmark with a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Engineered with robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined threshold events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and generates control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and instrument replacement.and making the troubleshooting process seamless.
Diagnostic functionalities can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as either warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. When electronic unit or measuring element damage occurs, faulty components can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
