The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting fault conditions, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD displays an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
