The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a refined modular design, exemplifies innovation. The sensor output is amplified and transformed into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with embedded HART communication via a D/A converter. For transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data, including measurements and functional parameters, are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
