Boasting an all-metal construction and adhering to a modular design philosophy, this flowmeter impresses with its compact size, minimal pressure loss, and remarkable range ratio of 10:1,
making it the preferred choice across diverse sectors, even under the most challenging conditions, due to its straightforward installation and maintenance.
This indispensable tool excels in flow and process control, adeptly handling small flow rates, low velocities, and the toughest medium conditions.

Ensuring the optimal performance of your metal rotor flowmeter begins with proper installation. Essential considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter must be installed in a vertical orientation, allowing the fluid under measurement to flow seamlessly from bottom to top. Ensure there are straight pipe sections, each five times the diameter of the instrument at both inlet and outlet. Before installation, newly laid pipelines should be thoroughly flushed to remove any debris.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter for controlled flow management. Similarly, a flow control valve should be positioned 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. For smaller diameter systems, incorporate an upstream filter, and if magnetic materials are present in the medium, a magnetic filter should precede the flowmeter.

(3) Facilitate easy maintenance and potential replacement of the flowmeter by integrating a bypass pipeline into the installation.

(4) In scenarios where the medium is particularly contaminated, regular cleaning of the pipes and float is crucial to maintain optimal performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter offers a measurement accuracy of approximately 1.5. For applications requiring superior precision, exploring alternatives beyond the metal tube rotor model is recommended.
