Our product offers exceptional high precision pressure measurement for gases,
liquids, and various other mediums. It is extensively utilized in industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.
The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its own status in real time. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically presents an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
