The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sleek, modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies signals generated by the sensor and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Within the microprocessor, it performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the ZY8000 seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functionalities are also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the defective part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
