The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its operational status. In case of any defined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message and automatically pinpoints the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, thus ensuring ease of use and operational efficiency.
