The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter impresses with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its best. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly endure extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err,' analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.and conveniently.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
