The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty component, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, ensuring ease and convenience for operators.
