The ZY8000 Intelligent High Precision Remote Sealing Digital Pressure Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it can sustain 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. This transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, effortlessly handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It also provides exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to interlock systems and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is HART protocol compatible.
