Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, yielding significant cost savings on maintenance. The device features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting warning currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on site without readjustment.
