The ZY8000 sets the standard in intelligent transmitters with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and an outstanding highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, delivering significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of advanced technology, featuring a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and conversion through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by an integrated microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Essential data from the measuring unit and the operational parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, view measurement results and fault information, and select operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be efficiently replaced on-site without the need for readjustments.
