The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a masterpiece of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals, followed by meticulous linear and temperature correction via its microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART data, through a D/A converter. In the case of transmitters using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly output comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The unit's measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and can view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
