Utilizing a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor, it boasts high-reliability electronic modules, a precision temperature and linear correction system, and intelligent manufacturing technology. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors within a modular framework. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is transformed via a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal, which is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature within the microprocessor.
For transmitters using the HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with an overlaid HART signal by the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are separately stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation mode on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our flagship intelligent transmitter, features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's unwavering stability and reliability.
ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement simpler and more convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be represented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
