The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Impressively, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a staggering 99.9% accuracy, delivering substantial maintenance cost savings. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and streamlined modular design. The sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a pristine digital signal. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. For those using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs, respectively. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, allowing for real-time reading of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 integrates a diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
