The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of any defined quantity faults, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
