The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are engineered to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, the ZY8000 features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. The sensor's signals are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These digital signals are then finely tuned and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART signals, thanks to the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When faults are detected, it enters alert mode, outputs a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows Err, identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the process of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element encounters damage, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
