Its design ensures optimal flow and process control for low flow rates, low velocities, and various demanding media conditions, making it a versatile solution for your needs.

To ensure flawless performance, proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial. Here are the key installation considerations:

(1) For optimal results, the flowmeter must be installed vertically, ensuring fluid flows from bottom to top. A straight pipe section, five times the instrument diameter, should be at both the inlet and outlet. Ensure all pipelines are thoroughly flushed before installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve placed 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, an upstream filter is essential. If the medium contains magnetic materials, safeguard with a magnetic filter prior to the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during installation.

(4) For mediums prone to dirt accumulation, ensure timely cleaning of pipes and float to maintain functionality.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For enhanced precision beyond this, it is recommended to explore alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
