The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. This marvel of engineering captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the unit converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range with superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital outputs in their respective formats. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, while measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes are clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexibility and comprehensive control.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, the faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
