The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon encountering a fault, it activates an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
