Remarkably, it can sustain 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, leading to significant maintenance cost reductions. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components allow it to endure extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of exceeding predefined parameters, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD immediately displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying andstreamlining maintenance.
