The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, allowing it to easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it exhibits strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is outfitted with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its own status in real-time. Upon exceeding predefined event thresholds, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be communicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element sustain damage, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
