The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, a marvel of engineering by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, epitomizes cutting-edge design philosophy and advanced process technology. This high-precision pressure and differential pressure transmitter incorporates the world's leading mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a highly reliable electronic module design, and a precision temperature and linear correction system. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design to deliver exceptional performance. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is converted to a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then processed in the microprocessor for precise linear and temperature corrections.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART signal through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers outstanding basic accuracy at 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
