The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. When predefined thresholds are surpassed, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
