The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
