The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter redefines precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Engineered for longevity, this device maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, offering significant savings on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure resilience against extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty component. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring user convenience.

The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices, and then conveyed to the transmitter
via the oil-filled capillary. It can accurately measure liquid levels and differential pressure, making it ideal for high-temperature environments (keeping the transmitter at a distance),

With diverse materials and various types of remote devices combined with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, the transmitter’s accuracy is maximized to meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product offers excellent stability, achieving a top-tier accuracy of up to 0.075% at normal temperatures. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather usability and compatibility with HART protocol.
