Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit it to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), our device is highly suitable for environments with high temperatures (requiring the transmitter to be placed away),
high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline or corrosive mediums. It is extensively used in petroleum, the chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries among others.

The ZY8000, a marvel of engineering, boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an astounding 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to substantial savings on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. When an error occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), pinpointing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making the process more straightforward and convenient.
