The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter boasts a foundational accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains unparalleled stability and reliability.

Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. It transforms sensor signals via amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into digital signals. These signals undergo linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

This makes maintenance, repairs, and instrument replacement straightforward and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
