After ten years of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical impacts effortlessly. Furthermore, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, promptly analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring the instrument remains user-friendly and efficient.
