The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that real-time monitors its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err,' promptly analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacement procedures, ensuring effortless and efficient instrument management.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices and then relayed to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary. This device can measure both liquid level and differential pressure (D/P). It is particularly applicable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away),
high viscosity fluids, easily precipitating crystalline substances, or corrosive mediums. It sees wide usage across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.
