The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design for unparalleled performance. This innovative device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into precise digital signals. Subsequent linear and temperature corrections are performed within the microprocessor, ensuring remarkable accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers a full digital output via PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems when predefined threshold events are exceeded. Upon detection of a fault, the LCD displays an error message, automatically identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics monitor the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running status. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be promptly replaced on-site without readjustment.
